At Kits for Africa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at infokitsforafrica@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email infokitsforafrica@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team.

  3. Send the item back using a trackable courier.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

6. Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges where stock is available.

  • Email us with your order details and the size you’d like to exchange for.
